Subject: Allatoona, Georgia Submitted by hrus
Date Fished: 4/1/2006 Water Temperature: 58 Launched at Kellog Creek with Bucktail Bob and made the first cast about 11 AM. Jumped from one place to another around Kellog and Victoria. After 1.5 hours we only had 1 perch, 1 bass, and 1 white bass. They’ve moved. I caught the perch but Bucktail Bob held him up for the picture since he’s less ugly than me. Headed toward the rivers and finally found them (white bass) in 2 different places. Both places were only about 14 feet deep and they cruised up and down in those area. Some were full of eggs. Spoon fed them and caught over 100 between the two of us. Nothing big at all. I’m sure they’ll be moving around again. Bucktail bob also caught 3 black bass, one with his own homemade bucktail as shown in the picture. Left the lake at dust. I believe Bucktail Bob has now planned to change his name to Spoon Bob very soon.
