Water Clarity: 1 foot

Fished a club T'ment going out of WF state park. Fri 2 jun- Cloudy rainy not stormy, clearing in the PM. Found fish in flooded brush on S end. Specifically on brush points that led out to submerged points in deeper water. The post spawn fish appeared to be moving out but stopping at the edge. Used Horny toads flipped into the brush, dead sticked them. Fish bit on the fall. Sat 3 Jun: Bluebird hot day. Did not believe the fish I found friday would stay put due to fishing pressure and changing conditions. Fished secondary points up north where I had caught fish before. No luck after 2 hours. Moved back to the fish I found on Friday and they were still there. Only caught them from willows that had large diameter boughs in the water. They ignored the small wispy willows, arrow head and smart weed.Used watermellon red flake senkos. dead sticked them (pitched into the willows let them sink then just sit still for 20 -30 secs.. had 12 lbs 8 ozs. Everyone else had hammer handle scrawny sunk in bellied 15 inch males. Sun 4 Jun Started out with a big storm early morning. Went to the truck and sat it out. Went back to my fish on the brushy points that led out to submerged points in deeper water. Fish stayed put but were roaming more. Only caught fish from wispy willows with the dead sticked senko. The sun came out too late to put them back on the hardwood before weigh-in. Caught 1 luck fish off rip rap with crank. Total weight 9-10... only one good fish... the rest were hammer handles. I suppose the fish will eventually migrate out to the deep points (relatively speaking deep). I usually catch them there the 2-3 wk of June. No big bass were caught either day (over 3-8).
