Water Clarity: 4 feet or greater I fished the early morning T out of the park. The morning started out good with an over at our 1st stop on top. From there it was mainly slots and unders for us. We saw a ton of surface activity from some big fish but it was scattered and sporadic for the most part. Again we had a lot of fish blow up behind our baits with out hooking up. At least it was a very entertaining morning. As usual we switched to worms after about 8:00 a.m. and got on a pretty good bite catching 3 fish on the worms.
Only 1 over for the morning and probably a dozen slots and unders. Best 5 only going a little over 5 lbs. 7 lbs won it with a 3 lb spot taking big fish. With all the surface activity I saw I'm surprised it didn't take some better weights to win it.
