Water Clarity: 0 Fished the Powell Side of Norris last night from 9PM-12AM.Got started later then planned when a boat of young boys had to be pulled in to the dock when they ran out of gas.Found out later this was their 2nd time to run out of gas today.Tried throwing black/red spinnerbait,had one strike at around midnight on a main channel point.Is anyone fishing the Powell side after dark,and does anyone launch at the public ramp next to the Cemetery behind Powell Valley Resort to night fish?Just wanting to know if it was safe to leave a vehicle and trailer there after dark.Thanks and good luck. <*))))<
