me and my grandpa fished south pond from 2 am-7 30 am. tried a black spinnerbait at the point on the left next to the camp. didnt get nothin. about 3:30 my granpa hooked into a 5 pound bass at the point with a double willowleaf white spinnerbait. so i switched and i got two 21/2 pounders at the point. then went down to the south cove and missed a few on pumpkinseed colored tubes near the rocks. the fishin really slows down after first light probly becuz of all the baitfish.
