Water Clarity: 2-3 feet Fished with Poor Folks club out of Spring Creek today. Overcast most of the mourning with a little bit of wind 5-8mph. Water was clear to slightly stained depending on where you were. Fished up river across from Waterfront. Rib it frog and spinner bait. Fished grass lines in pockets. Only 4 for us about 11lb. Winners had 22lb and 17lb and change came in 3rd. It was tough for some but easier for others. Winners caught their fish off of humps in 14’-18’ on c-rig with a big worm. Others caught good fish early during the wind on spinner baits on grass lines at the edge of pockets. Sorry no real particular colors on worms except dark colors.
I will be on Logan Martin next week for a 2-day tourney.
