Water Clarity: 2-3 feet Is it just me or has the fishing been just plain horrible on the Coosa since this spring? Yes, I know that we have had drought conditions, low water, clear water, blue bird days, etc. However, I think that everyone that post reports on this board is an above average fisherman and the reports from all over the state have not been very good this year. I consider myself an above average fisherman and I have been really strugling since April. Structure has not produced consistently, cover has not produced, so what are we to do? Should we pack up our flipping sticks, jigs, and power techniques and all be finesse fishing drop shots in 50 feet or what? I have never seen conditions were no matter what you did, the bite was tough and you were lucky to boat 5 keepers of any size. Makes you wonder why we have $40k bass boats, and thousands of dollars of equipment to chase little green fish. One frustrated fisherman! Your thoughts.
