Water Temperature: 63.
Water Clarity: 2-3 feet Fished out of Little Hall again today from 7am until 1:30pm. Much tougher today than last week, but I knew it would be. Caught 3 good solid keepers from 2-2.75lb from 7-8am on the jerkbait like last week.
Once the sun got up high the fish either moved deep or jut quit for me. I went back through the same area with a T-rig worm hoping to put 2 more in the boat and did, but they were small. Went up river to the area I had been catching some on spoon. No bait fish graphed and only managed 2 more dinks. I don't know what the other folks saw, but most of the bait I marked was deeper than 35ft and I spooned in a couple big balls but came up nill. With the sun so bright I decided to try spotsticker in shade around boat docks and managed 2 more dinks by 12n. After 12 I never got another bite. I'll be back Friday and hopefully we'll get a little cloud cover and wind. I don't really know why, but I always seem to do better when the weather is not quite as nice as today. My son's coming in to fish and I really would like to show him some good fish or at least some decent numbers, so I'm praying for clouds and wind. Tight lines Ron
