Water Clarity: 2-3 feet The first day of our trip was really windy ahead of the cold front. After the front passed it was just as windy but out of the north. We were restricted as to where we could fish but the fishing in the Purafacaition River was OK. It got into the mid 50's and with a heavy drizzle it just was not what I would call great fishing weather. Did see some ducks, too bad we wern't hunting it sure was great duck weather. That's another story, I will be duck hunting on Guerrero in Nov and Dec. With my luck it will be 90 degrees and calm. We finally got some nice weather the last day and caught as many fish that day as we had the two prior days combined. The lake was slowly rising and the rain should help the rise stay steady. Caught most of out fish on worms and weightless texas rigged trick worms. I can't remember when at this time of the year that the area around the lake was this green. It is really beautiful. I will be going back Nov 1 - 5 will post when I return. Ron 337-842-2611 cell
