Got to go to Mitchell for a few hours yeaterday. They must be trying to drain Lay, they are hammering the current through there.

Fished heavy homemade jig heads on walls from the bridge below the dam to just above the islands where it deepens up, it was tough to pick up on the bite because they were ripping it so hard but they are definately there. Had to keep it moving fairly quickly to get bit.

14 keepers, mostly 1.5 - 2 with a 3, 3.5 and a 4.

Was pitching key lime pie and the heads are 1/2 ounce.

All released alive and well.
