Water Clarity: 0 whats going on down there,looks like its locked up for the spring season for weed control.crew boats can't row in weeds.was there any public forum in regard to spraying on state owned waterway, there is usually something posted through dnrec permit requirements.havent seen any postings from Greg doyle on this either.also heard the dredge once its done on garrisons is going back in noxontown? i hope its not taxpayer money,that would sure open up a can of worms
