Water Temperature: 80
Water Clarity: Not reported

Action was Awesome on Friday morning. On Saturday and Sunday the action was scattered. We did catch bass on all three days. We tried on Saturday to adjust to the wind and or adjustments proved to be incorrect. On Sunday our adjustment to the wind was excellent.

Friday morning was Gidget and her Father Steve. They caught a bunch of nice bass on Rattling Chug Bugs. Tried no other baits. Seventeen was the count for the morning. On Saturday we went to the same area as on Friday and the action was excellent on Chug Bugs until the wind got up to 30 mph. At that point it was impossible to stay in that area.

With the wind out of the North we went to the North end of Stick Marsh. The fishing was easier. There was no catching. We then proceeded to the Canal at the North end of Stick Marsh. The canal North of the boat ramp. Sometimes the bass will hit top waters just off the drops. Not on Saturday!

On Sunday we went to our Hot Spot at the South end of the Farm. Right away we got into the bass on Chug Bugs. The action was short lived. We moved around to different areas in the South portion of the Farm. One other bite is what we got. Not what was in our plans.

We moved back to our Hot Spot This time there was more wind. This time we opted to tie up to stumps and fish the area with Texas rigged worms. No luck on the worms. Occasionally, we threw the Chug Bugs. No luck. Then we threw a 7 inch Bass Pro Shops Stick O. BINGO!! The bass would eat that. They did eat it very well! We fished the Stick O slow with short twitches between letting it sink. The bass hit it and took off running. The Stick O bite a nice closing to the day.
