Water Clarity: 1 foot Tough fishing. Went out from 7-1 and only caught 15 fish. Only 4 were legal. However, that did include a 4# smallie: the biggest for me out of that stretch. The current is pretty strong if you head east from the launch but its nearly nonexistent at the other dam by the River Queen. Caught my fish on crankbaits & tubes. The channels seemed pretty vacant: I believe the spawn is about over in them except for a few stragglers.
