Water Clarity: 4 feet or greater Went to the Q on Saturday May 12. Fishing was very slow, my partner caught a smallie right near the ramp(gate 31). We through everything but our tackle boxes out there and got no bites for hours. I got fed up anp put a small spinning fly that I usually use for trout and was trolling it by luck at best a 3lb 3oz smallie hit it. That was all I got gor the day. My partner hit on a rainbow on the way back in. Anyone who is going out there for smallies pray for the weather to stay warm because after the cold weekend they are back in the deep water.
