Water Clarity: 1 foot Well I found some smallmouth but they were very big. Thank you to A.H. for the boat ramp tip. It worked perfectly and we boated several. Also caught several along rip rap banks. All fish were caught with either a Giggy Head or a mojo rig. My walleye streak continued with another keeper toothy fish. Water cleared up a little, but still can't see any beds.
Boat traffic and idiots piloting them were all over the water, so I'm going to lay off Chatfield for awhile. I'm heading down to Walsenberg next weekend to try my luck on Lakes Martin and Horseshoe.
