Disappointing weekend on Lanier/Chatahoochee (from just south of Longstreet Bridge up to rowing venue). We caught about 3 small spots, but that was it. Tried topwaters (spooks, pop-rs, rapalas, tiny torpedos) in about 25-30 feet of water (off steep banks), shallower coves, and around docks. Also threw crankbaits (Rapala DT-10s) in all depths and same areas. Also tried green zoom worms on spotsticker jig heads at same areas. Pretty much nothing doing.

IF anyone fishes this part of the river/lake, I'd welcome any suggestions. We just can't seem to get on fish consistently. Do we have to start heading south around Thompson Bridge?
