Water Clarity: 0 Fishing was great this past weekend. Fish the banks with a lot of cover and you can pull out some really nice largemouth. My buddy Jason put on an amazing clinic of "How to Flip Your Lure Without Getting Snagged or Getting Caught in a Tree". He put it in some pretty impossible spots for the average fisherman and was rewarded handsomely. 3 lbs on average but excellent fighting for the patient angler. Number of decent size Pike and average size perch. Fish deep off the drops with a crank bait for the 2+ pounders. My other friend Steve, aka, the Fish Whisperer, can drop anything in that lake and pull up a keeper. He fished the lake with precision and finesse and led the group with about 12 fish in the three days all 3+ pounders.
Remember to conserve- Catch and Release so everyone can enjoy an episode with the Bass of *******er Pond.
