Water Temperature: 81
Water Clarity: 1 foot

Got to fish first time this season. Started at 6 pm and fished until dark. The bite was pretty consistant, between 2 an 5 ft. off ripp rapp and downed trees. The bait of choice Sweet Beaver and the Thin stikko in watermelon with chartruese dyed tail. I used a small split shot up the line about 6 to 8 inches, and got a good slow fall. Out of our 12 fish we had 5 or 6 keepers. All of the fish looked healthy for a change. Wonder how it would be without the skiiers and jet skiis.
