Water Clarity: 0 The river is rolling and the fish are stacked up in Pine Bluff, from Island Harbor to Regional Park. We spent most of our day in Regional Park. Caught 15 or so bass, biggest 5.05 lb on soft plastics. No top water bite at all. Other members reported catching large numbers of fish on soft plastics, a lot of 14 1/2'. Corps said that they are still holding water in OK and the river is running from 150,000 to 220,00 cfs.
