Date Fished: 11/5/2007 Fished big Cecil again today, the wind really picked up after about 2:30pm. On the water at 11:30 and it felt like 65f! Picked up a few nice 3lber's on a spinnerbait dragged over tree tops in the west idle zone. Caught 2 more nice ones on a flat area with a ditch going down the side of it on a gold lipless crankbait. Then the wind came. Caught only one more on the lipless ripped over a brush pile. That was it, when Gordon Lightfoot got in the boat and starting singing the wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald I got out of there wind out of the northwest at 20mph gusting to 35mph better be sitting down when that happens.
