Water Clarity: 4 feet or greater Still getting up to 80 in Texas on Dec. 8th! Fish are still on the main lake...coming just inside the points and inlets. Caught 10 fish, 4 of them weighed at the Sat AM tournament. Total of 6 lbs. The fishing at Medina has really gotten better since that drought took the lake down so low...gave the fish more forage, I guess.
Anyhow, the keepers were caught on a crank bait (Bill Dance Fingerling, of all things) -- 2 of them; and 2 keepers were caught on a jig (green/brown skirt and june bug/green trailer). I had another one on the jig that would have put us over 8 lbs and secured 2nd place in the tournament, but it came unbuttoned at the boat...that was real pain.
