Water Clarity: 0 I happened to drive by Swepco Tuesday afternoon and talked to a Game and Fish employee about the ramp project. He said that they had gone over budget and were going to have to get more funds approved and that it might be a couple weeks before they did the paving. But he said in the meanwhile the ramp was open. Part of the lot is roped off and he said you may have to park across the road in the field, but it is open. It might be a problem if you show up to fish on the day they decide to pave. He said that they want small bass to be taken out, so go catch a mess and take them home.
