Water Clarity: 0 It has finally happened!!! Live Oak Landing has now been closed to all fishermen and tournaments. We've been holding major tournaments out of Live Oak for decades, but the owners now have an offer from someone out of California. Guess we took it for granted that Live Oak would never sell, but I received a call today from the Landlord telling me to let everyone know that if they have a tournament scheduled in the future to look elsewhere. I sure hope they finish the work going on at the landing at Ft. Stoddard pretty quick so we can change some of our tournaments to this location. There won't be a better place than Live Oak as far as the best proximity to all fishermen fishing north or south, but we can appreciate the owners for letting us use the landing and spacious parking area even after the land was up was sale. Hopefully Baldwin County and/or Mobile County will be able to provide us with a location as convenient as Live Oak. See you guys at another landing soon...
