We fished a tournament out of Lakeside Sat. The King of the Coosa trail. We caught several fish early on crank bait down river. The fish were just 1 1/2 # and smaller so we went up to Chocolaca (spelling) creek. The fish there were even smaller so we went way up 10 miles past the interstate. The fish there were a little better but only weighed around 10 pounds. Good enough to finish 4th place FROM THE BOTTOM. It took 20 pounds to win and 15 plus to get a check. The weather was just perfect. God sure was good to us as always. The fish we weighed in were caught on a shaky head worm so you know I was hurting. I did not get bit on a spinner bait or a jig. “Ain’t God Good” Preacher
