Date Fished: 4/1/2008 Water Temperature: 64 This report is for Monday 3-31-08 & Tuesday 4-1-08. Monday I had a full day trip with a local couple, we had a great day of fishing.We caught at least 25 fish, probably closer to 30, most of wich were in the 3- 4 1/2 lb class.Had one 7lbs first thing in the morning, and a couple 5`s later in the day. Best 5 would go at least 25lbs.All fish were caught on soft plastics and traps in shallow grass 2-5ft. Today I had an off day so I could get some things done around the house, but the bites been so good I got my chores done early and hit the water about 1 o`clock.I decided to stay in the lower lake since I had a short day.Did a little better than I have been down here.I caught 14 fish, mostly buck bass in the 2- 3 1/2 pound class.The stable water levels and water temps have definitely improved the bite the last few days.Allfish caught on soft plastics today.
