Water Clarity: 0 Fished Lanier yesterday morning and found some smaller fish in the 10 to 15 foot range on flats up the river. Had a good day overall. I had a lot of action on a short c-rig with a watermelon chompers skirted grub with half of the collar removed. The fish really whacked it, but only for a second. You had to be ready when they tapped it. I had a lot of short/one time strikers. Lost a good one on a trap. The fish were schooling in the morning on the hooch on main lake points. It is gettin ready to be good. I'll be there sunday. The Little Hall ramp looked like a tough load and unload, I am glad I did not put in there !
