Water Clarity: 0 Was out the majority of the afternoon today. First half, at 2:30pm I caught two 2 lb. fish off of the Strike King lure. They were caught off points 10-12 ft deep in 15-20 ft of water. Same as the Sexy Shad #6, but this one (forgive me on the name) had green and brown instead of the tinge of blue and yellow. Here's the key. The retrieve was very slow, just enough to feel the bait fluttering back and forth. My third and last fish came around 5pm and was the most enjoyable to entice. I was flipping a texas rigged red Berkley power worm with a curly tail 6" and slowly working the bottom. It was half way to the boat and I had already felt it moving up and over various structure, when I noticed more of an inhale rather than a stoppage. It was a 2.5lb fish but felt like it wanted to be bigger. It came in a large cove in about 12 ft of water. When I got it to the boat could tell I had interrupted dinner because he spit two half digested shad in the boat and one in the water.
