Water Clarity: 2-3 feet Spent Tuesday evening and Wednesday with a good friend from CFF, and we had a blast. We fished the big water Tuesday evening and initially looked for fish in transition, fishing breaks and points from 7-12 feet, with an assortment of jigs, swimbaits, and lizards. We decided in the waning seconds of the evening to fish shallow and found some decent fish in 2 feet of water, boated 3, and 2 came unbuttoned. The best was 6.01 lbs, got on an old Guntersville Special XR50. Headed for the skinny water Wednesday looking for some spotted bass. We picked up some fine spots, mostly on structure with Dixie Jig Works spinnerbaits, Netbait finesse worms, and Lucky Craft cranks. This good Chattanooga area fishing makes this Bama boy want to visit more!
