Well I think Bellsouth got the computer problems I have had fixed. Sorry for the late reports. I had several trips over the last week. Got to fish with some great guys from Birmingham on Tuesday. They ended up having some good fish and several keepers on Lake Fork plastics but, the numbers were much better than the size with only one fish over the 5lb. mark. They also had several short fish also.

On Wed. fished with some return clients that were in town on Business. Anyway they wanted to learn more on sight fishing and working the Wacky Jig Head with the Flick Shake worm. Well we got to do both. I did fish some on this trip but, only about a total of 30 mins. of the fullday trip. We boated 17 fish that is counting 6 short fish and two fish just over 4 lbs..

Thursday had a halfday trip with a guy wanting to learn dock fishing so we stayed on the lower end on the lake. We worked several baits on docks with him getting the hang of skipping a baitcaster and putting baits in the backs of boat houses. He also did ok on the catching department but, nothing over 4. The numbers were strong if you count the short fish if not they were what we expected.

Friday I canceled the trip due to winds and weather coming in. We did fish on Sat with them and they had a blast. All fish were boated on Lake Fork live magic shad and plastics. The fishing was great in the moring but when the winds got up hard and after lunch the bite just died and we worked hard for every bite they had. They did get the hang of the baitcaster and had some good solid keeper fish to boot.

I still have a couple of days left in the last part of the month in April and several left in May as well. Hope everyone had a great weekend and I will be back at it on Monday. See you on the water

God Bless
