Water Clarity: 0 Decided to take the boat out for the first time. As I approached the lake at 1600 the lot was just starting to empty out. I tried cranks,traps,chatterbaits, and of course jigs. No takers... went to the drop shot and had 2 hits but was sleeping at the wheel and missed them. I threw a C-rig and again missed a couple runners. Did manage one fish about 14". Got it on a point in 17ft of water. Finesse worm was the bait. I am not sure if it was the worm or the stuidity of the fish. Either way I caught one so the trip was complete. I would imagine the lake will start heating up here shortly when the snow flurries stop... C'mon Spring.
