Water Clarity: 1 foot My buddy and I went fishing Saturday & Sunday 4/5 & 4/6/08. We fished Birddog & Bluegrass pits. Fishing on Saturday was slow, but we did catch fish. Only about 12 on Saturday. Sunday things turned around, we caught 27 largemouth (my buddy mostly). The thing that we noticed most, besides the parking lot being completely full, was that almost every boat out there was fishing the non-windy banks. We opted to fish the windy banks and it payed off. My buddy had 2 that were 5lbs or better. They were manpigs! Most of the day we spent pitching into heavy cover and windy banks. Working on my boat this weekend, but my buddy is fishing a Toyota sponsored tournament at Patoka this weekend 4/20. Beware, if there's bass there he'll find them.
