  Subject: Badin Lake, North Carolina

Submitted by Cooter (ip 75.176.116.20)

Date Fished: 4/20/2008
Water Temperature: 65
Water Clarity: 2-3 feet

Put in at Circle Drive about 1:30 PM and fished until 5 PM. Sat on somebody's porch for 20 minutes during the lightening and hail. Fished creek backs and pockets without much luck (JB, SB, Floating worm, shakeyhead) excpet for 4 or 5 short fish. Fished the banks between the pockets and took fish off of wood cover with a spinnerbait. Appeared to be a post spawn pattern for sure. Looked for spawning fish but did not see any.
