A rarity for me now days...a few hours of fishing. First time this year in fact. 59-65 WT (Lower mid-lake) We didn't get on the water until 9am, but we boated the first keeper 17" within about 10 minutes, followed by a few shorties. Second spot had the small fish first, then 3 minimum keepers within a 50 ft stretch. 3rd spot had 2 more keepers 18", 19" and a handful of shorties. Last stop had several shorts and a few keeper crappie. Producers were tubes and grubs fished slow, steeper banks, rocks, transitions to spawning flats with cover about 6-7ft deep. BTW A lot of bait behind us in the middle of pockets and smaller creeks. Hope this helps.
