Water Clarity: 1 foot Well, we had our annual fishing trip starting on Thursday 4/17/08 thru Saturday 4/19/08 on the Big "G". Fishing was tough for us as
we could never get on a good pattern. We did catch 13 fish on Friday
with the biggest being 4.5# on Yum Dingers in 1-2 feet of water and 8 fish on Saturday on the same thing. We also caught fish on texas rigged lizards in 1-2 feet of water. The wind was incredible with gusts about 25 mph. I know what Troy was talking about with his innerds being sloshed around. WHEW! We talked to several people at Waterfront when we went in to get lunch on Fri. and Sat. and nobody was doing any good. I got back home on Saturday to bring up the fishing reports and it looks like the guides slayed them. I guess it does pay to spend 300+ days on the water.LOL! Oh, Well! Better luck next time.
