Water Clarity: 2-3 feet Got out to fish Tellico today at 11am. Had to quit at 5pm when I broke my trolling motor prop. Oh well. My goal today was to wear out a few new swim baits I bought down in Ga. to see if I could catch a few Good fish. One is a River2Sea hard bait, jointed and I caught 2 on it that weren't quite as big as the bait. I also fished one of their soft body swim baits and did manage one 3+lb smallie on it. I caught one decent fish near 2lb on a jig and craw.Other than that they were all small. My son Michael continued to wear them out on a jerkbait, but again no real size, although he did miss one good fish. Out best 5 today would only have gone 8 or 9lbs which was a little disappointing as pretty as the day was. Still no action real shallow or on spinnerbaits. The smallie I caught was in water deeper than 25ft. I lost one decent lm on a crawdad Bagley B square bill(the old one) on a flat in about 5ft and that wasthe shallowest fish we hooked. Still just can't determine any real pattern, just catching them all over the place in a variety of depths and a variety of lures. Hope ya'll get 'em figured out. Tight lines, Ron
