Got to fish Smith for a few hours. Managed 8 Blue gills and 2 Shell crackers with my 2 year old daughter. She had a blast. First trip this year for her, so she did very well. The wife also caught 2 nice male bass off the nest, 2.5 and a 3 lb. not bad for males. Did not even see a female near by. Did see one nice female crusing the opposite bank 50 yards away, but no bed. Just nice to get the famliy out on the water. Tight lines and Keepemwet!
