Water Temperature: 70
Water Clarity: 2-3 feet

Took my mom out fishing today and we started out at Oak Hollow threw a spinner bait around the banks in the creeks and nothing. There were shad following it up and shad busting the bank and even had a few small bass trailing the spinner bait but could not hook up with anything. So I switched over to a floating worm and had one bass bust it about 5 feet from the bank and the rod loaded up and he felt like a real toad but he come off. So around noon we decieded to make the move to Belews Creek. I threw a spinner bait, jig and pig, floating worm and finally started catching'em on a texas rig lizard. I ended up with 5 keepers with a couple of 4lbers. I saw one female on a bed up in the back of a creek and a few crusing the banks. Good fishin to all.
