Water Clarity: 4 feet or greater

I don't know how everyone else did on Sunday but we killed them! Put in on south end at 7:30 and fished until 2:00. Caught approx. 45 between 2 of us. The fluke bite was unbelievably hot in the morning and then we switched to jug head finesse and did the same thing. Caught 2 striper on flukes too. One of the best days on Lanier in a while. Average fish was about 1.5 to 2.5 lbs. Most were on rock banks anywhere where there was a ledge. Most fish came out of 5-15 feet of water. Some bigger ones came on the fluke out of 30' earlier in the morning. Work the fluke fast and the jig head slow. Have fun.
