Date Fished: 5/4/2008
Water Temperature: 66
Water Clarity: 2-3 feet

Fished from 6am to 5pm, mostly on the lower end. There were 4 of us.

Most fish were caught on plastic worms, like 6" t-rig pumpkin green, some charteuse. They seemed to like the rocky bouldery areas about 4-6' deep but most seemed like buck bass (lots of 13" fish). South facing (toward the sun) worked best.

Got just a few bites in grass but didn't get any out. A couple took a spinnerbait bumping the bottom.

No one found the mamas. It's still prespawn on the lower end as far as I can tell. Some fish were staging at creek mouths, but were smaller.
