Date Fished: 5/6/2008 Water Temperature: 73 What a great day on the water with a gentleman learning to fish on our beautiful lake. He hasn't fished for a few years and wanted to get back in the swing of it. Well we had just a great short 6 hour day as we boated 17 bass, with the biggest today at 7.1 (not pictured as I caught it) The bass were agressive we boated them at every stop or missed them but it certainly was fun! I fished the upper part of the river working ledges, humps and ditches. Punisher Spinner Bait in watermelon color was the big producer 3/4 oz. The bass just hammered it most of the day. We did catch a few on Mister Twister lizards, small crank baits and Mister Twister Comida's. Come fish with me I have open dates throughout the month of May and June. Please call for details.
