We had 12 boats show up for the Early Morning Tournament today. First place was Simon Kramer & Clint Morgan with 14.69, 2nd was Ronald Faucet with 14.59, and my partner and I finished 3rd (out of the $$$) with 13.13. Faucett took big fish honors with a 4.40 LM.

The morning started out a little slow for us but we managed 10 overs during the event (8 spots and 2 LM). The bulk of our fish were caught on top water.

Just about everyone had plenty of fish to weigh in and the bite does seem to be improving. My partner and I only had to weed through 2 stripe to get to the bass.

I did fish the Thursday night T out of Speegle's. I'm glad to see it isn't just me struggeling at night. My partner boated 2 small overs after dark, and that was it for us. I believe it took 6 something for 1st and about 5 for 2nd.
