Water Clarity: 4 feet or greater Surprises never cease. Got my son Michael up at 10 til 6am with only 1 call. Guess he didn't like getting left last week. TVA planned no discharge at Ft Loudon until 5pm so that ruled out the river. Michael and his tournament partner fished Ft.Loudon Tuesday with very unspectacular results so we decided to head to Cherokee and it was a good choice. We fished a long day(7:15am until 5pm) and the bite was not fast but it was very good. We ended up the day with 15 or 16 total. Had 10 that would have gone 30lbs and best 5 that would have probably been right at 17lbs. It's been quite a while since I've seen a day where almost all the fish were better than 2&1/2lbs but that's the way it was today. Michael caught the majority of them which I'll not here the end of for a long time. All the fish were real stocky and healthy looking, great lake, fun day. Tight lines Ron
