Fished the BFL at Monroe on Saturday. Bloomington did not get the torrential rains that hit just North. Lake was in good condition, still very high but pretty good color. Caught 1 good fish on a tube(3lbs 14oz) and had a similar fish on but could not get him to the boat. It took 14+ on the boater side and a little over 8 on the co-angler side. I finished 13th and got a decent check. The bite ranged from frogs to jigs, but almost all fish were caught in the trees.
