Date Fished: 6/17/2008 Water Temperature: 80 Today Dan Irwin from Chicago had a successful day catching Largemouth in the "Glade's". With the full moon the night and all that rain the bite was slow at the start. , but by 11 AM thing started to change around, as Dan put a 4 & 6 LB. in the boat on a Gambler Ace. Other then 1 bass on a spinner bait and the other on a Zara Spook all the rest were caught on plastics. Dan's next trip is down to Miami for some Peacock Bass, where the Day before Gary Mason from Jersey and his Girlfriend Mariela caught over 30 Peacock's by 11:30 before the lighting pushes us off the water. "The Hawghunter" , Capt. Frank Carbone specializes in Peacock Bass fishing in Miami , and also organizes Trip to The Amazon for the 20 LB. Monsters. This hot weather doesn't stop the bite , It's On.
