Date Fished: 6/27/2008 Water Temperature: 82 We have been getting a little rain here in Flowery Branch over the past few days but it is doing little to slow the lake from falling. Yesterday we had a awesome rain for almost an hour as big thunderstorms hit the Big Creek area. It is storming as I enter this report so hopefully, we will get some more. The lake is falling an inch per day and we are over 8 feet from what we were last year on June 27th. Looks like another crazy fall and winter. Fishing this week for me was awesome. I had some great days on the water all week. We have been working Top Water all day along with a few fish thrown in on Fish head spin and some magnums on a 1/2 ounce Football jig. Wednesday, I had the privilege of filming a TV show with FLW Pro Andy Morgan for Timberghost Fishing and Hunting. Timberghost is filming a series of Fishing and Hunting shows this year and they will be available soon. I will keep everyone updated on the shows as you do not want to miss what we got on film Wednesday. Andy and I worked Topwater all day on Wednesday to catch over 50 Spotted Bass. A few of them were on Fish Head spin and a couple of big ones on a jig. We had a 20 pound plus stringer of Spotted Bass on film and some of it was crazy Lanier action. Two fish on one bait, schools chasing out topwater, doubles and even a triple if you want to believe that. It was awesome and Id like to thank Steve Fox and Andy Morgan for including me on their series. The picture above is of Nick Palaio. Nick and his father fished with me this morning and Nick landed that big pig on our trip. The guys did a great job this morning as usual.. Good luck out there to everyone Ryan
