Date Fished: 7/1/2008 Water Temperature: 86 AFTERNOON TRIP I had 2 trips today, and I must say the fishing was much better than yesterday. The morning trip was helping my customer learn to deep crankbait. So we spent most of the 8 hours finding cranking holes on the lower end of the lake. The morning was very successful we caught somewhere around 20 bass and missed several also. We worked points, grass lines, ledges and channel edges most of the morning. The crank bait paid great dividends, we had a great time and caught a lot of fish. The afternoon trip was 4 hours from 2 to 6, we also had a very successful trip. We spent most of the afternoon fishing Mister Twister big worms in the upper part of the lake. Biggest fish today was little over 5 pounds caught in the upper part of the lake. I have days available all through July!
