Date Fished: 7/3/2008 Launched the boat around 6am. My daughter fished with me for the first time in years. We started fishing pop-r's no hits from the schoolies. we swithched to the stealth f117 china rig and proceeded to catch fish non-stop until 10am...then it slowed. My baby girl, who is a grown women now caught, the first 2...smallish. Her friend struggled to catch his first, when finally he nailed a fat 3 lder. In total we caught 26 bass, I caught the biggest, a slab 5+ lber. best 5 were 17-19 lbs. we caught a few TX rigged all the rest were wacky june bug trick worms. Also caught one 3 lber on a 20 year old Poe's 400 series green/pearl. We were off the water and headed home by 11am. By the way my daughter caught 11 bass...she said "I like fishing" .........................Life is good!
