Water Clarity: 6 inches Myself and my son jamie catch 5 lol, have been fishing all weekend and a few nights ,last week .. It has been a week full of lanier adventure. First off the fishing is still very good for us , we are still FLUKE DANCING, for some huge spotted bass. i have some great pics , but the size of the pics are too big to upload ,, the fish are some of my best ,this year .and i mean good ones . we are dancin the flukes , just about every where , and the next thing ya know , its on ,, the fouth of july always brings out the best in people,, get this , thusday nite after a complete fleecing from the FDNR at dark . We continued to fish a lighted dock , and got tired of catching fish . AT BOUT 103O , i take my son back to our house , so i can go take out the boat . so i park boat , walk to truck , and begin pulling around to backdown the ramp , i notice a young lady ,walk down the ramp ,ahead of me , to i thought get in a boat ,that had pulled in behing me .. so im backing down the ramp ,and notice there is what looks to be a rock in the ramp . SO i stop to get out ,and move it .when i get back there , that fine little chick , is now laying down behind my trailer, a foot from being rolled like a biskit ,, it scared the crap ,out me and i told her she was in a bad place , and at a bad time , with a very short skirt on . .lol . i ask her to move so i could get take out ,, she did .. about 4 foot just over the curb of the ramp , so she just layed down there as i begin pulling the boat out ,., i offered her a ride several times ,as she said she just lived arounfd the corner , but was extreminly intoxicated ,, so i say okay ,, good luck . the story goes a long way ,,ill stop while im ahead .. THE SPOT TAIL BITE IS VERY VERY GOOD ..LOL...LMFAOO... .........LOL NO really ,,it is , lol we have been throwing the net , and catchin some very good size spottails ,,and for every one of those you catch and keep alive , it will produce a huge bite and some good fish .. i have been using the STAND OUT RIG ,, AND it closes the door on drop shot rigging as i have known it ,, the stand out rig , will last you a lot longer , and is alot easyier to tie .. check it out .. stand out hooks ,and it shows you how to rig it . i use the small hooks .. for all the dead ones ,youll have , use them for catfish , they well get the job done quick . i have froze them , for just that reason .
one more thing i dont understand , if you cant swim ,why do you get in the lake.? we had a 14 year old boy drown behind my house sat evening. i saw all the emergency people , and went over to see ,, a hispanic family , lost there son, because he went out to far and slipped on a hump i fish allll the time .. just be carefull .. our water is goin down . and stucture is coming up .. jimmy catch 5
