Date Fished: 7/8/2008 Water Temperature: 84 I fished a long day with a client today, visiting from Tennessee. It’s a good thing the company was good, as we had plenty of time to talk between hook sets… lol. We managed to scratch out a respectable tournament limit, but we only had 5 keepers today. We caught fish on jigs, top-water baits and on a big worm, but not many. We left the schooling fish alone today, in search of mee maw. Other than it being a little breezy, it was a good day to be out trying. It was sloe, but we had a great time. No, I don’t own a Skeeter. I stole that hat from Pat Hailstones. Shhh!! And no offense intended by the necklace. I’m down to my last official sponsor logo… Back out tomorrow. Good luck, great fishing and all God’s blessings.
