Date Fished: 7/13/2008 Water Temperature: 83 After making a stop at Oakwood and getting the BB's from John and Allen, My wife and Buster the fishing dog hit the lake. We hit some early holes fishing 35 to 50 foot water we tagged a few but for the most part tough, then we hit the river channel at midlake and caught a few fishing in 70 to 85 foot water fishing 50 to 60 feet on the drop. We were fishing around some fine guys and the only problem is that Buster the fishing dog has a tendancy to bark rather loudly at the fish sounding a great fish alarm (Is'nt that right Mike?) lol We then went to another spot of mine and within 20 Minutes caught 2 Sripers in the teens and then the thunder storm came in quick, so had to make a run back to the ramp, but Momma was happy because she does like to beat me at my own game. So all in all a very fun day on the lake, hope to see you guys on the lake.
